=20 The JTOs=20 listed in the ANNEXURE are hereby ordered to officiate as SDE(T)=20 with effect from 10.06.2008 in the respective stations where they = had been=20 officiating prior to reversion on = 07.06.2008.

=20 These=20 local officiating arrangements are made on temporary basis and this will = not=20 confer any right on them to continue in the=20 post/station/grade.

=20 These arrangements are purely temporary and not likely to exceed = 180=20 days.

=20 The=20 officers may be reverted automatically on the 179^th day of=20 officiating or regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier without = awaiting=20 orders from this office. However the date of completion of 180 days of=20 officiating may be intimated to this office well in=20 advance.

=20 In case=20 any disciplinary/vigilance case is pending or contemplated against any = of the=20 official or any punishment like stoppage of increment is current, the=20 officiating arrangement should not be given effect to, in respect of the = officer=20 and the fact should be intimated to this office immediately.

&n= bsp;=20 In case=20 any of the officer is not willing and does not join the new post, the = order will=20 automatically stand cancelled in respect of the officer and the = officer will be debarred for period of = one=20 year as stated=20 above.
